2. Services

LeaderHubPro offers spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs and business leaders. Courses are delivered live or on-demand. Participants may request a session transfer if notice is received at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Transfers are not available once a session has commenced.

3. Info Products

Digital materials such as ebooks, video trainings, and worksheets are accessible online. Once access credentials are provided, orders cannot be undone or refunded to maintain content integrity.

4. Goods

Physical items like printed guides will be dispatched to your address. Unopened items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of shipment for an approved refund as outlined below.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

We accept various payment options at checkout. All refund requests should be submitted via our contact form. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment source.

• Services: Full refund available up to 48 hours before the first live session. After this period, a transfer request may be honored per Section 2.
• Info Products: No refunds once digital access is granted.
• Goods: Eligible for refund if items are sent back unopened within the period specified in Section 4.

6. No-Refund Situations

Certain premium workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions require non-refundable commitments due to resource planning. Such terms will be clearly indicated on the service description page.
